In loving memory of Xavier John McDonald

November 30, 2010

November 13, 2022

Xavier John McDonald, 11, of Westfield, passed away on November 13, 2022.  He was born November 30, 2010, in Indianapolis, the son of Brandon and Renee (Anglen) McDonald.

Xavier was in the 6th grade at Westfield Intermediate School.  Xavier loved his family, his pug, school, vacations, gaming, the colors red and blue, and band. A scholarship has been set up through the Westfield Education Foundation to honor his memory and new love of band. With your help, he will continue supporting his bandmates today and for years.  Funds raised through his memorial will support students in need of instruments, band equipment, and academic scholarships.  Although his time on this earth was short, he lived a full and blessed life that people can only strive for.  His messy hair, contagious laugh, sweet personality, and his “I’m Good” will be remembered always.  By your donation his gift will ensure that we are "all good."

The sight of a cardinal holds special meaning, sometimes evoking emotional or spiritual feelings. It is said that the vibrant red bird is an uplifting, happy sign that those we have lost will live forever, keeping their memory alive in our hearts.
