The Westfield High School Alumni play a crucial role in the school's ongoing development and success. Presently, the school has 2809 students, including 640 seniors, 679 juniors, 708 sophomores, and 770 freshmen. The faculty comprises over 180 licensed staff, with 80% of them holding a master's degree or higher.

​

The Westfield Education Foundation provides scholarships and awards to Westfield High School graduates. In 2023, over 50 students were awarded almost $80,000.
